SalesForce boasts a 27 member strong, national Learning and Development team - including qualified trainers, assessors and a dedicated training administration and quality division. This team currently enrols, trains and assesses over 1.600 learners in Certificate III and IV in Customer Contact annually. In addition to the nationally accredited training, SalesForce delivers tailored development workshops to over 5,000 learners within SalesForce contact centres and to over 2,000 learners within the wider Salmat Group.
All SalesForce trainers are role model facilitators, that is to say they have worked in operational and management roles in a fast paced sales and service environment and speak from experience. This real life experience is critical in order to make training content relevant to trainees rather than training a theory.
